On December 7, 2011, the Community Health Committee convened
to review the first draft of the Community Health Profile Report developed by
the Clay County Health Department.
The Health Report provides an overview of the Clay County’s current
health status on a variety of health indicators (i.e. demographics, access
to health care, and chronic disease).
